Tesseract Labs Connector Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Tesseract Labs Connector ("the service"), a personal assistant operated by an individual ("the operator"). By connecting an account you agree to them.
1. The service
The service connects to the accounts you authorize, starting with email, to answer your questions, summarise information for you, help you keep in touch with people, and carry out requests you approve. It is a private service offered to the operator and people they invite. It is not a public product, and access may be withdrawn at any time.
2. Your accounts and permissions
- You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to use.
- You choose which permissions to grant, and you can revoke them at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Nothing is sent in your name unless you have approved that specific message. You are responsible for the messages you approve.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use the service to break the law, send spam or unsolicited bulk mail, harass anyone, infringe others' rights, or try to get around its safeguards, such as the withholding of sign-in codes and the approval step before sending.
4. AI output
Summaries, answers and drafts are produced by AI models and can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important before you rely on it or approve it.
5. Privacy
How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or messages, that arise from your use of the service.
8. Ending use
You can stop at any time by revoking access and asking for deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. The operator may suspend access that breaks these terms.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. The date above will change, and connected users will be told of material changes.
